As a Sr. Program Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing programs within the Building Automation sector. Your expertise will ensure that projects align with business objectives and meet customer requirements, driving operational excellence and innovation.
You will report directly to our Program Manager and you’ll work out of our Grand Rapids, MI location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the successful execution of programs, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
• Lead and manage programs to ensure successful execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
