**Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail. Reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical accuracy; answer questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisors’ assignment.**
**Additional daily tasks may include:**
**Create Assignment Management Templates (AMT) for all incoming and outgoing deployment rotators for start and stop Assignment Allowances**
**Draft travel authorization forms (TAFs), coordinate and make travel arrangements including lodging, rental car, and airfare for TDY and deployment personnel with appropriate agencies, monitor traveler’s ITRIP.**
**Receive traveler receipts, compile support documents to knowledgably allocate & submit expense reports in accordance with company policy and travel regulations.**
**Serves as a focal point to coordinate all contractor site visit requests, classified area vetting, and base access.**
**Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires & transfer hires; to include coordination of network access, customer training assignment & fulfill all badging requirements.**
**Create and maintain all Organizational charts, Recall Rosters, and shift schedules.**
**Manage SharePoint centers to keep updated with current and archived data.**
**Ship, track, and receive classified and unclassified shipments, coordinate 1149 shippers, update shipment trackers for all shipments inbound and outbound in accordance with proper handling protocols.**
**Basic Qualifications:**
**High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or related experience.**
**Candidate must possess intermediate proficiency level with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)**
+ Your ability to obtain and/or transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret clearance, and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company.
**Preferred experience:**
**Associates degree or other college level education**
**Experience with travel and expense reporting systems**
**Experience with Concur, ITRIP, SharePoint**
Salary Range: $47,000.00 - $78,300.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
