**Job Summary**

As Sr. UX designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface design for our products. With a focus on interaction design and UX research you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually compelling and user-friendly designs. Your expertise will drive the ideation and execution of innovative design solutions enhancing our consumer lending domain offerings.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead the design process from concept to completion ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

+ Oversee the creation of intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.

+ Conduct comprehensive UX research and analysis to inform design decisions and validate design concepts.

+ Collaborate with product managers developers and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project objectives.

+ Provide expert guidance on interaction design ensuring seamless user journeys and interactions.

+ Develop and present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs.

+ Utilize UX design ideation techniques to generate innovative solutions that address user pain points and business challenges.

+ Ensure consistency and coherence in design elements across various platforms and devices.

+ Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design to continuously enhance design quality.

+ Mentor and support junior designers fostering a collaborative and creative design environment.

+ Contribute to the development of design guidelines and standards to maintain a cohesive brand identity.

+ Collaborate with UX researchers to conduct usability testing and gather user feedback for iterative design improvements.

+ Drive the adoption of user-centered design principles across the organization.

**Qualifications**

+ Possess a strong background in interaction design with proven experience in UX research and analysis.

+ Demonstrate expertise in UX design ideation and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs.

+ Have a solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.

+ Experience in the consumer lending domain is a plus providing valuable insights into user needs and behaviors.

+ Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

+ Show proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Sketch or Figma.

+ Display a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-centric designs.
