Phlebotomist III – Outpatient Opportunities Across the Valley
Location: Multiple outpatient sites across the Phoenix metro area
Schedule: Monday–Friday (No weekends)

Key Responsibilities
+ Perform venipunctures using straight and butterfly needles
+ Prepare, label, and process specimens for transport
+ Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients
+ Accurately enter patient and test data into the system
+ Maintain lab equipment and follow safety and compliance protocols
+ Collaborate with fellow phlebotomists to support daily operations
Qualifications
+ Valid phlebotomy certification (per state requirements)
+ 1–2 years of experience in a clinical or high-volume lab setting
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office and lab information systems
+ High school diploma or equivalent

Work Environment
This is an Independent Outpatient Phlebotomy (IOP) role. Daily responsibilities include drawing blood, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and preparing specimens for courier pickup. Each location has its own schedule, offering flexibility and variety.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.36/hr.
