IOP Phlebotomist – Multiple Openings Available

What You’ll Do
As a Phlebotomist III, you’ll play a key role in specimen collection and processing, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and compassionate patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
+ Performing venipunctures and specimen collection using straight and butterfly needles
+ Accurately labeling, centrifuging, and preparing specimens for transport
+ Explaining procedures clearly and courteously to patients
+ Entering and verifying patient and test information in the system
+ Maintaining equipment and ensuring compliance with OSHA and DEP regulations
+ Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For
+ Phlebotomy certification (as required by the state of employment)
+ Minimum 1-2 years of recent experience in a high-volume lab or hospital setting
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow physician orders precisely
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical systems
+ High School Diploma or GED

Work Environment
You’ll be based in a IOP, working alongside other phlebotomists. Your day will include drawing blood from outpatients, entering orders, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and preparing specimens for courier pickup. We have locations throughout the valley and the schedules vary on locations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
