**About this role:**

This role supports the execution of complex, data-driven direct mail marketing and commercial print initiatives. You will play a critical part in ensuring flawless print production execution and delivery, third party oversight for daily activities, and strict adherence to compliance standards across all marketing direct mail and commercial print campaigns.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Design and implement direct mail and commercial print strategies that align with marketing campaign objectives.
+ Lead direct mail & commercial print production project plans and drive schedule management from creative and data delivery through mail/shipment deployment.

+ Review creative, consult on opportunities for production efficiencies, time and cost reduction.
+ Create RFQ for Third Party procurement for high-volume production, negotiate costs, identify and select Third Party Provider, forecast budget needs, reconcile costs.
+ Support the development of print and lettershop specifications for new formats, including complex direct mail testing initiatives.
+ Manage print production requirements- create detailed direct mail lettershop/commercial print instructions for Third Party Providers, CASS/NCOA process, proof/data personalization approvals, insertion approvals and mail/delivery confirmation.
+ Identify potential and actual production issues, implement effective solutions, and communicate to stakeholders.
+ Ensure compliance with USPS regulations while identifying and implementing opportunities for postal efficiencies.
+ Critical focus on compliance process and ensure all required execution documentation is prepared for audit readiness.
+ Knowledge of current direct mail trends, emerging technology, production automation opportunities, USPS promotions and changes.
+ Ability to create RFQ, analyze bids, negotiate costs and production schedules
+ Ability to create print and lettershop personalization instructions
