**The Role**
Operates company's complex high traffic, business critical internet site communications and/or network-based (cloud) product systems. + Maintains up-to-date configuration documentation, diagrams, SOPS, work/incident tickets, training materials and other supporting documentation.
+ Provides and implements solutions for application automation and configuration management using orchestration tool sets such as Jenkins to streamline assembly and deployment, reducing delivery time and reduce errors (commonly known as CICD).
+ Ensures effective release management, change management and quality assurance in project lifecycles are maintained for applications using an ITIL centric approach.

**What We Look For in a Candidate**
Required:

+ 6-8 years of previous experience working with Java/J2EE, Microservices, Spring, SpringBoot, REST APIs, Postman.

**Compensation**
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Job Purpose
The Process Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Cleanpart US processes to ISO documented procedures. This includes UHV cleaning, selective chemical stripping, surface texturizing, coatings, and SPC control of all processes. This position also requires expert failure analysis, process improvements and technical customer relations.
Principal Accountabilities
Job Responsibilities:
+ Responsibilities include developing, editing, maintenance, and continuous improvement of assigned Cleanpart US processes to QMS compliant and documented procedures
+ Work with Operations to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), setup Preventative Maintenance (PM) procedures and schedules, equipment calibration schedules and methods
+ Support equipment installation, qualification, and facility design
+ Develop Design of Experiments (DOE), conduct experiments, developing conclusions and formulating recommendations from DOE’s results to Cleanpart US management
+ Take leadership in the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Cleanpart US Statistical Process Controls (SPC)
+ Perform Failure Analysis (FA) investigations related to Customer Claims and equipment performance, as well as internal Cleanpart process or equipment deficiencies, through the analysis of internal and external data source methods
+ Always maintain, adhere and promote environmentally sound and safe working processes and practices
+ Communicate directly with internal and external technical personnel, supporting Cleanpart Sales in customer meetings, as requested
+ Must work well with all other groups within Cleanpart, including but not limited to, Sales, Operations, Quality and Safety.
+ Travel may be required to other MCA/MCG production sites to support Engineering or Customer needs
+ Other critical tasks include working with Sales and Operations for timely customer quotes, qualifications, NC’s reviews, updates and roadmaps
Knowledge / Skills / Experience
Qualifications:
+ BS or MS in a technical field (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Materials Science)- required
+ 5+ years of process and/or failure analysis engineering experience or PhD in a technical field (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science) with less than 5 years’ experience in a process engineering role that has included R&D functions in at least one of the following areas: chemical cleaning, coatings, coating/film removal, and thin film deposition or etching with some failure analysis
+ Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, must have general knowledge and basic usage understanding of Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, and SPC software programs
+ Demonstrated experience following instructions in written, oral and diagram form
+ Must have experience with standard operating procedures, and able to troubleshoot with logic and consistency
+ Ability to think and assemble information into a rational step-by-step process.

+ **The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.**
